✒ AM I alone in feeling immense sadness that Beau Legs did not stand for election as Bristol Mayor?

He would have been a shoo-in. He could scarcely have been worse than the winner!

Those Beau Legs deserve to be on public display.

Perhaps a cast of them could be taken and put on the plinth where the Colston statue once was.

Their radiance would shine forever as a beacon of enlightenment for our city.

It would be a post-pandemic tonic for us all – a right old kneesup!
