Last orders as popular pub to shut this week

-

A PUB in Warmley has announced it will be closing its doors for good this week.

The team behind The White Harte on London Road has said farewell and thank you to its loyal customers over the years.

First established around 1825, the pub has been praised in recent years for its brilliant staff, great service and live music over the years. The exact closure date has not been specified but the owners have invited punters for “a final drink or two” while they drain the remaining stock over the next few days.

The White Harte team said: “We are sorry to say we have decided to close down and will be running the stock out over the next few days, so why not come in for a final drink or two.

“New owners are anticipated to be in early in the new year and we wish them every success. We hope everyone enjoys The White Harte for many years to come. A big thank you for your support over the past years.”

Situated between Bristol and Bath, the pub was easily accessible via the cycle path equipped with its own Cellar 21 Speakeasy accessed through a secret entrance.
