Never known hunger

-

AMONG the disruption caused by the likes of Just Stop Oil to the lives of ordinary citizens, the more remarkable has been the way they have of wasting food like naughty toddlers as a form of protest, including throwing soup over paintings, chucking eggs at the King and smearing chocolate cake over his waxwork. These people are obviously so overprivileged they have never known hunger, unlike the many now who are struggling to feed their families.

A suitable punishment for this trouble-making would not be prison but an interminable number of hours of unpaid compulsory work at one of the many burgeoning food banks.
