The holiday hotspot has been granted a licence by the The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to be the UK’s first space port. The inaugral space mission from the site in Newquay is expected to be conducted by Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Orbit company in the coming weeks.

Almost a quarter of young people could be putting their hearing at risk by listening to loud music on headphones. Researchers led by the University of South Carolina estimated that 24% of 12 to 34-year-olds are listening to music at an “unsafe level”.
