A WARTIME SNAPSHOT

I am enclosing a photo with a message on the rear that my father Mario DeLibero sent to my mother during his stay in England in 1943. I am not sure where in England this took place and sorry I didn’t get more of his wartime experiences. I only wish I would be able to share this photo with Mrs Webb’s family [the message on the rear is, That’s Mrs Webb and the of cer on the right is a British captain]. I do know that he was in England prior to going to France about one month after D-Day. I think this photo exempli es the close bond between England and the United States during those trying times.
