JUMEIRAH BEACH REOPENS
DuBAI’S landmark five-star, wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel has reopened after a five-month makeover.
Guests will arrive at a more airy lobby atrium with views of the fabled Burj Al Arab hotel and kinetic art installations.
Rooms and suites will also have Burj views, a new beach and water colour scheme and Hypnos beds.
Food and drink options include D&A, La Parilla and uptown Bar, the sea-inspired Villa Beach, Beachcombers and Ocean Blue. Then there’s family dining hub Kitchen Connection with nine interactive cooking stations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the legendary Friday Brunch. Pearl Lounge will serve a pearlinspired afternoon tea.
Besides the Kitchen, families also get their own leisure pool with an expanded swim-up bar and a new Kids’ Club inspired by the underwater world. Guests continue to have unlimited access to the adjacent Wild Wadi Waterpark.
