Facit Homes launches Assisted Self Finish package service

Turnkey package home company Facit Homes has introduced a new Assisted Self Finish option for those who want to play a more active role in the creation of their new house. With this route, Facit Homes will still provide a full design and shell build, but then leave the customer to manage installing surface finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, internal doors, trims and decorations. This could see individuals save up to 10% on total costs – that’s £50,000 on a typical £500,000 project.
