Find out what’s gone into this stage of the project on page 60.

At the end of November, we announced the victors in this year’s Build It Awards – and this month’s edition comes bundled with our Winners Guide, designed to inspire your home building plans and help you specify the very best products and services for your scheme. is book covers everything from amazing self builds and renovations that are bursting with clever ideas through to core choices such as structural systems, heating options, windows, glazed doors, insulation and cladding, so it’s an invaluable tool for anyone undertaking a major project.
