New housebuild system uses engineered steel frame with sip panels throughout

Ecosteel permits rapid construction of low-cost, highefficiency homes for Self-builders. The steel frame is mounted on helical steel piles, removing the need for groundworks; the floor, walls, ceilings and roof SIP panels are quickly fitted. The System’s low cost levels are achieved by supplying “Bare Bones” buildings only. We don’t install kitchens or bathrooms, and we install electrics and plumbing to First Fix levels only. This allows completion within days, and keeps costs to the lowest possible levels.
