Plus, the external patio area has been raised and levelled with the house, providing a seamless connection to the internal space. e elevation is almost entirely made up of glass, allowing light to flood into the property as well as affording the Olivers the chance to look out over the city of Leeds. is part of the house also boasts a 10m² roof lantern, defining the space and accentuating the feeling of volume and airiness.
