Traditional fenestration...
Carol and Keith chose leaded windows for the front of the house because they have an attractive antique look which fits in beautifully with the rest of the village. ese modern units imitate the style of heritage leaded windows, but with excellent thermal efficiency levels – so they were a great fit for contributing to a better insulated, airtight and more comfortable living environment. e couple fell in love with the charm provided by the windows’ aesthetic. Historic designs used single panes of glass between the lead supports – you can still get bespoke made versions today to suit heritage conservation projects, such as listed building renovations.
