20 Pocket doors & internal sliders

Space is often at a premium in the UK (we live in the smallest houses in Europe). One way to maximise living area is to switch to sliding internal doors that tuck into partition walls. For the snug at the Build It House, we’ve installed an SF20 frameless glass slider from Idsystems (www. idsystems.co.uk), along with Tigris Oak double doors from JB Kind (www.jbkind.com) hung on a firerated pocket mechanism from Eclisse (www.eclisse.co.uk). We also have space-saving single pocket doors for the master bedroom’s ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
