Shrews on a high for boss Sam
BURTON Albion return to League One action and begin their busy December schedule with a visit from in-form Shrewsbury Town tomorrow (3pm).
The Shrews - who have won six of their last seven matches in all competitions - have a new manager in the dugout and this weekend’s clash will be Sam Ricketts’ first EFL match as a boss.
Does that mean Albion should expect the unexpected from the New Meadow side? And are Shrewsbury fans hopeful of a play-off push in the second half of the season with a fresh face in charge?

That is probably testament to the decent squad of players built here but more so the impact that Coyne and Ramsay had on the group. The belief and buzz is back at the Meadow.
Confidence and momentum is high and they seem to have cracked the consistency, which was a big flaw in the John Askey era earlier in the campaign.
