TOO MUCH SHUTEYE
SLEEPING too long raises risk of heart disease and dying young, a study for the Peking Union Medical College in China suggests. Sleeping nine to 10 hours a day raised risk by 17% and sleeping more than 10 hours increased it by 41%.
