Leicester stabbing

A MAN has died following a reported stabbing in Leicester, police said.

Leicestershire Police said they were called to Green Lane Road, North Evington, at about 2.30am on Sunday. Despite the efforts of paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at about 3am. He has not yet been identified. Police said the incident is being treated as murder but they are keeping an ‘open mind’.
