Each three-bedroomed house has a a guide price of £120,000 and will be going under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next online auction on Thursday. They can be bought together or separately.
The three-storey properties are both freehold and each has gas-fired central heating, double glazing to the majority of windows, and a new build warranty.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only, and bidders must pre-register no later than noon tomorrow.
