Up to 65 jobs available at new care home before launch

A NEW care home is recruiting for up to 65 people ahead of its eagerly awaited launch later this year.

Cadley Hill View, which has been named after former colliery, Cadley Hill, is recruiting for various positions including care management, care assistants and kitchen and domestic staff.

The new team will complete a thorough induction period before the home opens when they will provide residential and dementia care to up to 66 residents.

The home, located in Darklands Road, Swadlincote, has benefitted from a £12 million investment and will be provider Ideal Carehomes’ 27th home.

The site boasts a cinema, a botanical room leading onto landscaped gardens, a traditional tea shop with a balcony, beauty parlour and Sky Bar.
