A HOUSING developer has offered a sneak peek inside a show home at a new estate in a Staffordshire village.

Barratt Homes is building properties at Fradley Manor in Fradley.

These pictures show the Kingsville-style property, which has three storeys and four bedrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen accompanied with a dining and family area. The single bedroom featured on the ground floor could also be transformed into an office space, play area or a room dedicated to hobbies.

The first floor features the main bedroom with an en suite and a separate lounge for the entire family. The second floor boasts two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Tanya Silk, sales director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: “Our homes at Fradley Manor are well-suited to all families looking for flexible and spacious living spaces. Three-storey homes are especially appealing to families with older children as the top floor allows them the flexibility to have their own space.

“We’d encourage anyone interested in learning more about the properties available to book an appointment with one of our sales advisers at the development.”

Fradley Manor currently has Kingsley properties available starting from £339,995. Those keen to register their interest should ask about Deposit Boost, available on selected properties.

More information on the properties is available by contacting Barratt Homes directly.

The new developments by Barratt and David Wilson Homes at the site off Hay End Lane will provide a collection of 250 two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
