We are giving up on all problems that face us

SO the PM has been to India trying to strike a trade deal. As India is condoning Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he shouldn’t even be going there.

And are we to accept more goods produced using the 50 per cent of their energy that is coal fired, just as we buy billions of pounds worth of goods from polluting China?

We’ve already taken climate change targets out of the deal with Australia. I hope Boris doesn’t try to tell me that we are tackling climate change.

I suppose he will, given that he takes us all for fools on a daily basis.

He is so weak and he is making this country so weak that we are giving up on all the major problems that confront us.

I am hoping that the country accepts that he is not the leader we need when they go to vote in the local elections. Those of us who have followed Covid restrictions, paid our taxes, are using energy sparingly, and trying not to produce waste, must insist on much higher professional standards from our leaders.
