Jeremy Spake, right, became the star of the BBC’S Airport series 25 years ago as a ground services manager at Heathrow. He has since risen through the ranks to become a trouble shooter for airlines and airports around the world.

This series sees Jeremy back at Heathrow to help get everything back on track as the industry slowly comes out of the pandemic.

He says: “We’ve got an industry on its knees and trying to find the shoots of recovery won’t be easy.”

Whether it’s hoovering up people’s peanuts or helping at check-in, Jeremy is ready to muck in as he analyses the key stresses and strains.

Then it all gets a bit Love Actually as borders re-open and passengers are reunited.
