Search is on for winning song of 2022

LICHFIELD Arts L2F Festival has launched its search for the winning song for 2022.

With a long tradition of encouraging local musicians, singers and songwriters to put pen to paper, words to chords and beats to rhymes, organisers say they are looking forward to hearing what songwriters around the country have to offer.

The competition is open to anyone who has an as yet unpublished, self-penned song, that broadly fits into the global folk tradition.
