SUMMER 2024 IN YOUR SIGHTS

Like to plan ahead and be savvy about paying? If so, Jet2.com and Jet2holida­ys have put their summer programme for 2024 on sale for its 10 UK bases.

It’s the brands’ biggest ever peakseason offering and features 46 sunshine destinatio­ns and more than 15 million seats on 346 routes, including nine new ones.

Additional services will include Bristol and East Midlands to Naples, Newcastle to Chania in Crete, and Stansted to Tivat, Montenegro.

New aircraft will be based at Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow and Leeds-bradford.

The peak schedule will include more than 200 weekly flights to the Canary and Balearic islands and Turkey, plus almost 300 flights every week to Greek holiday destinatio­ns.

TERMINAL REVAMP IS FERRY NICE

A £3m expansion and upgrade to Stena Line’s ferry terminal at Belfast Harbour has been completed to cater for increased demand on the route to Birkenhead.

Features include a new departure lounge, cafe and vehicle check-in booths.

FESTIVE FUN AT WARWICK CASTLE

Christmas at Warwick Castle returns on November 26th offering festive fun for all the family.

From open-air ice skating in the stunning setting of the castle grounds and a magical illuminate­d light trail to magical memories with Santa and Mrs Claus in Stories with Santa, there’s so much to enjoy to get into the festive spirit.
