SINGING FOR FUN: Lleisiau’r Byd World Voices is a friendly and in­for­mal com­mu­nity choir. Meets ev­ery Wed­nes­day in term-time 7.30-9.30 in the Jerusalem Hall in Crici­eth. £5 a ses­sion, with first one free. The choir sings songs in a va­ri­ety of styles and lan­guages in glo­ri­ous har­mony. All music is taught by ear, di­rected by mu­si­cal leader David Gunn, in a friendly and sup­port­ive way to pro­duce beau­ti­ful sounds. No pre­vi­ous singing ex­pe­ri­ence nec­es­sary. SOROP­TI­MIST INTERNATIONAL OF SOUTH CAERNARVONSHIRE: An international organisation help­ing women and girls achieve their po­ten­tial by in­spir­ing ac­tion and cre­at­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties to trans­form lives through a global net­work of mem­bers lo­cally and in­ter­na­tion­ally. Meet­ings held twice a month in ei­ther Cric­ci­eth or Llan­nor. So­cial events are held to raise funds for lo­cal and na­tional char­i­ties. New mem­bers wel­come.
