DROP-IN MINDFULNES­S SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulnes­s practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. AIL GYLCHU: Mae bin ail-gylchu Antur Waunfawr wedi ei leoli yng nghyntedd Ysgol Gymuned Penisarwae­n. Coeso i unrhyw un o’r Gymuned ei ddefnyddio. Bydd yr ysgol yn derbyn arian am bob bin SWIM Safe is being hosted at 38 locations this year, on the coast and inland and it is the first time sessions have been held at Tywyn beach.

Swim Safe instructor­s deliver water safety lessons to children aged seven to 14 so that if they find themselves, or anyone else in danger, they know how to react.

Children at the sessions are watched over by RNLI lifeguards, qualified instructor­s and volunteers.

All the kit needed to take part, including wetsuits, swim hats and flotation equipment, is provided for each child during the sessions.

Children only need to take their swimsuit and a towel. Each session gives children up to 30 minutes of practical, in-water llawn. Gwerthfawr­ogir eich cefnogaeth.

CYLCH TI A FI: A warm welcome to parents, childminde­rs, babies and toddlers to the weekly session at Penisarwau­n Community School Hall every Monday 1.30 until 3pm. Activities and special visitors every month.

It runs puppy classes, obedience training, ring craft and a fun agility session. It also offers training for The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme `Puppy’ `Bronze’ Silver’ and `Gold’.
