Gwyddir hefyd ei bod yn chwaraewr a hyfforddwr hoci, yn rhedeg Ras Yr Wyddfa a Marathon Eryri ymysg pethau eraill. Ond nid dod i son am hyn wnaeth Manon. Fel rheolwr yn y Gwasanaeth Safonau Masnachol daeth draw i’r gangen i rannu gwybodaeth bwysig ac amserol iawn. Cododd ymwybyddiaeth o sgamio a sgamwyr a phwysleisiodd mor bwysig oedd i ni rannu gwybodaeth am ymdrechion i’n sgamio ar y ffon, drwy’r cyfrifiadur neu ar stepen ein drws. Roedd neges Manon yn drylwyr ac yn hawdd i’w deall - fel hyn gall lai ohonom ddisgyn am y sgâm! Diolchwyd iddi am noson addysgiadol a diddorol gan Mary Wyn Jones. Cafwyd ychydig o newyddion a gwybodaeth gan y Llywydd Mair Read hefyd. Cydymdeimlwyd yn fawr gydag Eryl Roberts sydd wedi colli chwaer, gyda Mary Wyn Jones sydd wedi colli modryb, a chyda Nan Jones sydd wedi colli tad-yng-nghyfraith. Dymunwyd gwellhad buan i Gwyneth Jones (Pentir) sydd wedi derbyn triniaeth yn yr ysbyty, ac i Anwylyd Jones sydd wedi anafu ei braich. Llongyfarchiadau i Gwyneth Jones (Fachell) ar ddod yn Llywydd MYW Rhanbarth Arfon a dymunwn yn dda i gangen newydd MYW Llanberis a Nant Peris. Gwnaed apêl am aelodau i ddod draw i’r Neuadd am 10am ar fore Fercher Hydref 23 er mwyn ymuno gyda’r criw ffyddlon sydd wrthi bob mis yn casglu sbwriel o amgylch y pentref.Hydref 15 yw diwrnod ‘Su’mae!’ ac fe dynnwyd llun rhai o’r aelodau i ddathlu hyn.
