Search on for the winner of unclaimed £1 million prize in Euromillions game:

... it’s worth checking! Search is on for missing Euromillions player who won £1 million with a locally-bought ticket but hasn’t yet claimed fortune

-

A NORTH Wales lottery player is currently sitting on a ticket worth £1,000,000.

The National Lottery is currently on the hunt for the mystery winner from Anglesey or Gwynedd who matched the winning numbers in the Euromillions draw held on Friday, July 2.

Players are urged to check and double-check the Euromillions UK Millionaire Maker code printed on their tickets, as they could be a millionaire without realising it.

The winning code on July 2, 2021 for this prize was TXJV 25096 and the lucky ticketholder has until December 29 to claim their prize.

Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim can still make a claim in writing to Camelot, but it must be within 30 days of the draw.

Camelot’s Andy Carter,, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said, “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.

“This amazing prize could really make a massive difference to somebody’s life. We’re urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old EuroMillions tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.

“The special EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draw on 2 July 2021 created 20 UK millionaires in one night, with just this one prize yet to be claimed.

“We’re encouraging everyone to check their tickets online at national-lottery.co.uk or by downloading the National Lottery app, and to buy or check their tickets in retail in line with government guidance.

“Playing online via the website or app means that your ticket is checked, and you get an email notification if you win a prize. You can also scan your retail tickets on the National Lottery app to check if you’re a winner.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa.

“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward.”

Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the
