The Forest (PEGI 18)

This survival horror was heavily inspired by cult films such as The Descent and 80’s video nasty Cannibal Holocaust.

It follows Eric LeBlanc, the lone survivor of a plane crash on a remote heavily forested peninsula who sets off to find his son, Timmy.

What he finds instead is a

cannibalistic tribe, which could be the enemy, or they could be attempting to help.

The co-op mode of this game is terrifying, as you work together to build a sturdy shelter, forage for food and build weapons to defend yourselves from the beasts that attack after dark.
