R/GA HIRES FORMER ISOBAR CHIEF

Isobar’s former UK chief executive Steven Moy has resurfaced as R/GA’S chief technology officer in the US. Moy has been tasked with working on strategy across the Interpublic agency’s six US offices and will be based in New York.
