Carradale golf club’s ladies record smashed
A GLASGOW golfer had a spectacular doon the watter match, winning the Carradale 2017 ladies’ open and breaking the record.
At the recent event Fiona Rattray returned a 64 (net 58) setting a new course record.
The top three results are as follows. Handicap: 1 Fiona Rattray (Douglas Park) net 58 *(course record 64), 2 Jennifer Owen (Old Ranfurly) net 64 and 3 Ele Hunter (Lochgilphead) net 65. Scratch: 1 Laura McGeachy (Haggs Castle) 67, 2 Mairi Pollock (Craigmillar Park) 76 (BIH) and 3 Ann May (Brodick) 76.

Bronze longest drive 5th/14th (Glen Bar & Restaurant): Donna McKellar (Lochgilphead). Magic 2s: Laura McGeachy 1st, Margaret McFarlane 1st, Ann May 8th and Alice Anderson 17th.
