Monday Social Club back in action

Members of Cathie Duncan’s Monday Social Club turned out in force recently for the group’s first meeting since lockdown. Social isolation in older people is an increasing issue across the country, and the Monday Social Club aims to help solve this problem in Kintyre. ‘All senior citizens are welcome,’ said a group spokesperson. ‘Just turn up to Campbeltown Town Hall at 2pm on Mondays and you will be made welcome.’
