Well done everyone

This week’s publication of the report on the follow-up visit to Campbeltown Grammar School makes welcome reading.

While there are still some areas to address, the positive impact of Sam Stewart's appointment as acting head teacher is clear to see, with the school now under much stronger leadership.

This, in turn, appears to have incentivised the rest of the staff and pupils and increased the community's confidence in the school.

The school is at the heart of our community and we hope all interested parties will maintain the positive momentum as the school works towards addressing its remaining issues.
