Small quantity of cocaine
When police officers searched a Campbeltown property, they found ‘a minuscule’ amount of cocaine, Sheriff Patrick Hughes was told at the April sitting of the court.
William Thomas Kelly admitted the possession of 0.02g of the class A drug.
Procurator fiscal depute Mark Nicol said officers had a warrant to search Kelly’s home, 97 Ralston Road, Campbeltown, on November 30 2019.
Sheriff Hughes fined the 44-year-old £120, with a victim surcharge of £10.
