MACGILP - Barbara, Kirsty, Archie and Jill would like to thank everyone for Archie’s wonderful send off on Thursday. Thank you to David Carruthers for the comforting and very fitting service, to Donald MacDonalds Funeral Directors, Roddy and Fiona, who’s attention to every detail was exemplary, to Morna for the beautiful flowers and to the Grey Gull for excellent purvey. A special thanks to Archie McAllister for his moving rendition of ‘An AItearacha­d Ard’ and to Anne Macgilp for reciting ‘Gone Fishin’. Thank you also to Scott MacLean for piping Archie to his final resting place. Thank you to the family and friends from far and near who attended the church, graveside, and Grey Gull. We would also like to thank everybody for all the support, messages, cards and flowers. They all mean such a lot to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Gone but never forgotten. MALCOLM - Iain, Andy, Kirsty and Josie would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who attended their father, Robin Malcolm's, funeral on Friday, March 15 at Poltalloch. It meant so much to share Robin's day of remembranc­e with them. The retiral collection raised £1,000 for Glenaray Ward. YOUNG - The family of the late Barbara Young would like to extend sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards, letters, visits and gifts of flowers received following their sad loss. Special thanks for the compassion shown by all who helped care for Barbara. Thank you to Rev.
