TV presenter and adventurer, Ed Stafford, has teamed up with a leading UK camping brand to unveil an exclusive outdoor range The renowned explorer’s collaboration with Olpro consists of a collection of tents and sleeping bags designed to inspire adventurers. Featuring five tents and two sleeping bags, the range takes on board Ed’s insights and experiences, creating products tailored for wilderness enthusiasts. Ed said he hoped the new range would empower individuals and families to embrace the great outdoors in the UK. With a career marked by Guinness World Records and acclaimed TV series, Ed’s influence permeates every aspect of the collection, Olpro say. The tents, including two and eightberth options, along with two newly engineered sleeping bags, use Oltech Repro, a sustainable material derived from repurposed plastic bottles. Announcing the new range, Ed said: “Crafted based on our shared love for exploration and the outdoors, I’m thrilled that our collection repurposes waste plastic into durable equipment.” The Ed Stafford Olpro range was showcased at the National Outdoor Expo at the NEC in Birmingham in March, 2024. From May onwards, adventurers can purchase the products online and through selected UK retailers, including Mountain Warehouse, Decathlon, and Halfords. Daniel Walton, Olpro CEO, said the move underscored the brand’s commitment to adventure and sustainability.
