TV presenter and adventurer, Ed Stafford, has teamed up with a leading UK camping brand to unveil an exclusive outdoor range The renowned explorer’s collaborat­ion with Olpro consists of a collection of tents and sleeping bags designed to inspire adventurer­s. Featuring five tents and two sleeping bags, the range takes on board Ed’s insights and experience­s, creating products tailored for wilderness enthusiast­s. Ed said he hoped the new range would empower individual­s and families to embrace the great outdoors in the UK. With a career marked by Guinness World Records and acclaimed TV series, Ed’s influence permeates every aspect of the collection, Olpro say. The tents, including two and eightberth options, along with two newly engineered sleeping bags, use Oltech Repro, a sustainabl­e material derived from repurposed plastic bottles. Announcing the new range, Ed said: “Crafted based on our shared love for exploratio­n and the outdoors, I’m thrilled that our collection repurposes waste plastic into durable equipment.” The Ed Stafford Olpro range was showcased at the National Outdoor Expo at the NEC in Birmingham in March, 2024. From May onwards, adventurer­s can purchase the products online and through selected UK retailers, including Mountain Warehouse, Decathlon, and Halfords. Daniel Walton, Olpro CEO, said the move underscore­d the brand’s commitment to adventure and sustainabi­lity. He added: “It’s been an incredible experience working with one of the world’s best-known adventurer­s to develop a range that combines innovation and experience.”
