Limited Edition 57ft cruiser £119,995
Bickerstaffe Boats are based in West Lancashire, and operate on the basis that they build their boats then put them up for sale. They don’t build to order, or take deposits on future build slots. They were showing both their base model and this limited edition, which has a number of extras.
It’s looks striking from the outside because of its pearlescent paintwork, in a champagne colour. The cruiser stern shell is by Burscough Boats and has a square cruiser stern with a steel dodger. It has a Vetus 42hp engine, a Vetus bow thruster, six Vetus 165Ah domestic batteries, and a Vetus 3kw inverter. There’s a camera at the bow, with a display on a screen at the helm.
The reverse layout boat has the galley at the stern, with attractive Zebrano worktops, Thetford oven and hob, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.
There’s a Pullman dinette which converts to a bed, and L-shaped seating in the saloon. The shower room is a walk-through design, while the cabin at the bow has an in-line bed.
The price includes RYA helmsman’s training for two people, as the builders are qualified instructors.
