Knock knock

The owner of this 2011 Porsche Cayenne heard a nasty knock whenever he turned the steering. After a quick shake of the steering and a feel-around underneath, I was surprised to find that the fix was actually going to be simple.
It turned out that the pinch bolt on the universal joint between the steering column and the steering rack had come loose. It was only a matter of tightening up the Torx bolt. This may have been one of the cheapest repairs the owner has ever had done!
