Light covers
I’m trying to find a pair of light covers for a pair of Hella rectangular fog lights. I have the box they came in and it says on the box 173 in big print and in smaller print 1nd 003 540-001, dimensions are 98mm x 73mm. I have tried a few places here in Ireland with no luck, internet searches do not give cover sizes only light model number.
I think they may be an older light; I have a pair of round Hella Comet 500 spot-lights with covers and I would like to have covers for the fogs as well, if possible, I hope my measurements are correct – eyesight not as good as it was.

The part number for the fog lamps is the number in smaller print of 1nd 003 540001 and the lamps can still be found in the Hella catalogue, but whilst as you mention there are covers available for the round lamps, none seem to be made, or available, for your particular units.
Covers are available for the Hella 181, 450 and 550 rectangular lamps, but I can find no dimensions to indicate if these may be compatible.
