Four years ago, parts supplier Andrew Page joined the Euro Car Parts family after parent company, LKQ Corporation, bought out the century-old business.

Now the Andrew Page name is to be lost for ever because AP and ECP businesses are to be rebranded as LKQ Euro Car Parts. Some recently merged AP and

ECP branches will be among the first to be rebranded as LKQ Euro Car Parts outlets.

A LKQ Euro Car Parts Group spokesman told CM: “This move is designed to empower employees and encourage the sharing of data, analysis and best practice, all of which will ultimately deliver a better customer experience.”

LKQ Euro Car Parts specialises in three key markets – trade, retail and collision. The business has expanded rapidly across the UK and Republic of Ireland in recent years, boasting 300 branches and stocking more than 160,000 different parts. LKQ Euro Car Parts also trades through Team PR Reilly, Arleigh Group and LKQ Coatings.

Hopefully, the majority of AP employees will keep their jobs during this business restructure.
