MeisterSinger takes German watch design minimalism a step further by binning the minute and second hands, and having a single ‘hour’ hand which also indicates minutes to the nearest ive: how often do you need to know the time more accurately than that? It has made limited editions of just 10 watches for 58 cities around the world, available to buy exclusively in that city. This is London’s, complete with a London skyline and ‘the Old Smoke’ engraved into the caseback. The traditional German ‘blued’ hands keep it Teutonic on the visible side.
