Augmented-reality sat-nav reaches the hatchback. Using a forward-facing camera, the A Class superimposes graphics and street names onto a live image of the road on the multimedia screen. It’s extremely eective, although it requires you to look away from the road at a crucial time. It’s part of the optional Advanced Navigation package, priced around £495.
