Unlike Roue and Autodromo, Zodiac was around when these watches were cool irst time around. It was founded in the Swiss watchmaking centre of Le Locle in 1882 and made some groundbreaking watches, including the irst dedicated and commercially available divers’ watch, the Sea Wolf. Like many Swiss brands it struggled with the advent of quartz but is now back with its own quartz watches and non-Swiss prices. This Grandrally is also a divers’ chrono but with a late-’60s feel, and a good choice of straps and dials.
