TO DRIVE the Bentayga is to be swept along by its charms. I borrowed it for a weekend at one of Lord March’s upper-crust fancy dress parties with my car-loving mate Will. We marvelled at how humble VW underpinnings had been Crewe-cut, with lovely leather and inger-strokin’ chrome air vents. Fast and agile, too. Just a shame the regular fuel stops cost £100+.
