Cardmaking and Papercraft - - Knowhow Technique -

Trace the cherry templates from p92 onto red patterned papers, cut out and attach to a 90mm square of white card. Trace the leaves onto green spotty paper and the stem onto brown paper, cut out and add to the square. Add dashed lines with red and green fineline pens as shown.

Cover a 150mm square base card with green spotty paper. Create a frame by cutting a 121mm square aperture from a 145mm square of white card. Stamp a sentiment onto bottom of frame.

Use low-tack tape to attach iris folding template to the front of the aperture. Cut and fold strips from four different green patterned papers. Attach strips across reverse of the aperture.

Attach the cherry panel to fill the centre of the folded frame and apply tape across the reverse of the whole panel to flatten and secure. Add foam tape around the edge of the iris folding panel and attach to the base.
