Make colourful Christmas cards with our cool and contemporary papers and toppers
Jo Nevill has six colourful card ideas to make using this month’s festive papers by Sandra Dwyer

1 Attach a 120mm square of bauble 1 patterned paper to a 128mm square white base card. Trim a 60x120mm piece of patterned paper to a pennant and add to the centre of the base. 2 Attach a doily to the top of the base. Trim the Christmas tree and present toppers. Add to the doily as shown, using sticky fixers to raise the present. 3 Trim the sentiment topper and attach to the top of the base. Apply glitter glue to the Christmast tree. Add silver sequins as shown to finish.

1 Layer a 115mm square of diamond patterned paper onto a 122mm square of pink card. Wrap pink baker’s twine around the panel, tie in a bow and attach to a 128mm square white base card. 2 Die-cut a 75mm circle from white card. Layer onto an 85mm circle die-cut from pink card and add to the centre of the base. 3 Trim the jumper topper and attach to the centre of the base with sticky fixers.
2 Merry Christmas
1 Attach a 122x65mm piece of bauble patterned paper to the bottom of a 122mm square of pink card. Add to a 128mm square white base card. 2 Stamp a sentiment onto the top of the base using VersaMark ink, apply silver embossing powder and heat with a heat tool. 3 Use a circle die to die-cut snowflake topper and attach to base. Add silver gems.
