“My son will love the technology-inspired cards but the trickiest part will be deciding which one to make!”

1 Layer a 150mm square base card with dotty paper and round each corner. Trace the games control from the templates on p86 and cut out of black pearlescent paper. Layer onto dark grey paper and cut out to leave a narrow border. 2 Use the template to add a grey panel. Punch four small circles and two 15mm circles from white paper. Cut four small rectangles, snip the corners at one end and attach the pieces. 3 Stamp ‘enjoy’ and add details to buttons with a black fineliner pen. Add dashed lines and dots with a white fineliner pen. Add to the base card with the connector. 4 Draw a cord with white fineliner. Stamp main greeting onto a grey paper strip, layer onto a wider strip of grey paper, attaching two thin strips of purple. Finish with dashed lines using a white fineliner.
