Use a stamp­ing plat­form like the Rare Earth Load ‘N’ Fold – my stamp­ing has im­proved so much since get­ting one. None of my stamp­ing at­tempts need to sit in the re­cy­cling pile now! Lor­raine Shep­herd

ŅUse poly­mer (clear) stamps where pos­si­ble so you can see ex­actly where the im­age is as you stamp, it means you can line up the lay­ers per­fectly. Amanda Skelton

ŅUs­ing a stamp­ing plat­form for all of my stamp­ing has made a huge dif­fer­ence to the num­ber of re­ject pieces I have. I’m a lit­tle clumsy with acrylic blocks and used to get smudges, but not any more. Also, the plat­forms mean you can dou­ble stamp if you need to. Prac­tice makes per­fect! Kris­tine Wright
