Be inspired by unique designs and create bold backgrounds with mini motif stamps

Mini stamps are an effective way of building up your collection of stamping images. The designs I have used for these cards all lend themselves to a fairy tale theme, but there are countless stamps to choose from and they are suitable for many different occasions.

These mini sets are perfect for using individually on smaller cards, but you can also stamp them multiple times, building them up to make larger images and patterns. As these are all clear stamps, they are great for this technique because you can see through them to ensure that the positioning is correct. I’ve chosen to use lots of different colours for the stamps to create bright and cheerful cards, but you could also stick to a monochrome colour palette for a completely different look.

I’ve created a couple of easy templates to correspond with the butterfly and floral images from these stamp sets, but why not have a go at making your own, too? The only limit is your imagination! However you choose to use your mini stamps, you’re sure to have a lot of fun making cards with them.
