THE coach left Carmarthen last month with 50 members from Sir Gâr Carmarthenshire WI Federation. The first stop was at Bletchley Park, which was the home of the famous codebreakers in the Second World War. The visit was a great opportunity to step back in time and see the important role that the men and women played in helping the war effort.

The following day members had a morning walk around the gardens and the house at Woburn Abbey. Then came a delightful lunch in The Duchess Tea Room before boarding the coach for the journey home. A big thank you to Lesley Cutler and Ann Saville from the HEPA subcommittee who planned and organised such an enjoyable trip.
