INCURABLE OPTIMIST ON TOUR

-

PAUL Mayhew-Archer is 65 years old, he has Parkinson’s and last year he did something he had never done before – performed a one-man comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

It went so well that he is now going on tour with his Incurable Optimist show. Paul wrote his first radio sitcom, An Actor’s Life For Me, in 1987 which later transferred to BBC 1. Writer Richard Curtis saw it and asked Paul to work with him on The Vicar Of Dibley and the rest is history.
