IF you’re looking for a new home in the new year, then maybe a tour of the new development show homes in the area this coming weekend will produce a contender. If you thought the January sales were only about buying clothes and homeware, think again – the new homes sector has a January sale too.
Many of these sites have limited sales offers on for buyers this month, as well as the Help to Buy Wales scheme.
